The Adventist Women's Ministries of the Central and South Cameroon Conference held during the period of November 16-19, 2022 a Level 3 Leadership training seminar in the locality of AVEBE in southern Cameroon, coupled with charity missionary outings.
More than a hundred women from the Central and South Cameroon Adventist Conference attended the training seminar for women's ministries under the theme "I will influence my entourage”. This training was held at Avébé, headquarters of the Conference, in South Cameroon. Arrivals were scheduled for Wednesday, November 16, 2022, and activities ended on Sunday, November 19, 2022. The training studies revolved around the following topics: sermon preparation, spiritual gifts, mentoring women within churches, women and legal and social affairs, women's ministries in the New Testament, and cultural sensitivity. These studies were punctuated by moments of praise and prayer.

On Sabbath November 18, these women decided to implement the theme of their training seminar "I Will Go Influence My Surroundings" through evangelism and charity deeds. To this end, they carried out missionary outings with the distribution of the missionary book of the year and Adventist World magazines. It was also an opportunity to invite those they met to the free market held at the Adventist camp from 5 p.m. This free market drew around 500 people. The principle was to give guests two coupons at the entrance to the market, which would serve as currency of exchange against two items of the buyer's choice in the market. The following items were available among others: fish, mineral water, clothes, shoes, bags, buckets, soap, pasta, rice etc.
That same Sabbath, under the direction of Dame Ngono Amba Irene, Director of South Center Conference Ministries, the women went on a charity outing to the Sangmélima Health District Hospital. They gave 100 parcels to the interned patients and the nursing staff. Each package consisted of a 2022 missionary book, an Adventist World magazine, two pieces of soap, 6 sachets of powdered soap, a bottle of mineral water, two rolls of toilet paper, two packets of pasta.
